We recommend that you book in advance. But if you want to take it as it comes, you can always try your luck and show up.

You can choose to rebook or receive a 100% voucher up to 24 hours before sailing. In your order confirmation you will find a link where you can edit your ticket or cancel your sailing and receive a voucher instead.

You can cancel your booking and get a refund up to 72 hours before departure. This cannot be done automatically. Please read your booking confirmation that you received by email to get a refund. It usually takes up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your sailing is less than 24 hours away, it is not possible to rebook, get a voucher or get a full refund. The voucher is valid for 12 months.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to GoBoat Harbor Tours bookings, cf. section 18(2) and (3) of the Consumer Contracts Act.

Yes, you can purchase a cancellation protection when you book your place on the boat. With the guarantee, you are free to cancel your booking up to 4 hours before your sailing - for any reason.

Without a cancellation protection, our normal cancellation policy applies, which you can read above. Please note that the cancellation protection does not cover fresh food and drinks purchased online such as tapas, pizza or sandwiches.

You can opt for the cancellation protection when you book. It cannot be added after you have finalized the booking. If you want to opt for the cancellation protection, it must be purchased for each ticket. I.e. if you book two tickets, you need to have two times the cancellation protection to cover both tickets. The cancellation protection cannot be canceled or refunded. The protection can be purchased if you book more than 72 hours in advance.

If you have opted for the cancellation protection and wish to use it, please edit your booking no later than 4 hours before the sailing starts. If you want a refund, please check your booking confirmation, which you received by email, for details.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the cancellation protection, as it starts as soon as you have booked.

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to make sure there is enough time for safety instructions.

If you show up late for your departure and the boat has sailed, we unfortunately cannot refund. So make sure you are there on time!

Public parking is possible at Islands Brygge on the nearby streets close to GoBoat.

GoBoat does not have its own toilet facilities at Islands Brygge. However, from April-September you can use the public toilet, which is a 2-minute walk from the base. Otherwise, you can ask at Kulturhuset, which is a 5-minute walk from GoBoat.

We have a defibrillator in our pavilion at GoBoat at Islands Brygge 10. You can find the nearest defibrillator along your route here or in the app TrygFonden Hjertestart.

You must be able to get into and out of our boats. Unfortunately, we do not have any handicap ramps or similar.

Yes, we have a wide selection at Islands Brygge. Including water, snacks, sodas, beer and wine.

If it rains, we recommend wearing rainwear and/or bringing an umbrella if the wind permits. We sell biodegradable rain covers.

Even if it's thundering and lightning, it's still safe to sail. If the wind is strong, the boats will sail slower and therefore it may not be possible to sail as far away.

If the wind is too strong for our boats to sail, we reserve the right to cancel your sailing trip. In this case, you decide whether you want to rebook, get a voucher or a refund. You will be called on the day of your sailing trip in case of cancellation.

Rain, lightning and thunder are not reasons for cancellation on our part. If you wish to cancel yourself, our normal cancellation terms and conditions apply.

Yes. Life jackets for adults are stored on the boats. We also have life jackets for children and babies, which are handed out by our staff before departure.

Yes, we do. We have life jackets down to 5 kg. Life jackets for children and babies are provided by our crew before departure.

No, it doesn't, because a captain sails the boat for you (unlike our classic GoBoat, where you are the captain).

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board the boat. It must not be a nuisance to the other guests on board.

It is also possible to order from GoBoat when you book online. What you've ordered will be ready for you when we set sail.

No, unfortunately we do not store personal items. Remember to only bring what you can carry on board. GoBoat disclaims all responsibility and liability for personal items brought on board - including electronics, clothing, etc.

In Copenhagen, Islands Brygge you can borrow a chain lock for your stroller, folding chair, etc. so you can lock them to a nearby bike rack.

Yes, our captain tells stories about Copenhagen and different sights. We try to make the stories more personal, so the stories can be different depending on the captain.

Yes, beer and wine are allowed - no hard liquor. We ask for moderation and good behavior.

We also reserve the right to refuse drunk guests. In such a case, there will be no refund.

No, smoking hookahs is not allowed on board.

We do allow cigarette smoking. It is important that butts are not thrown either in the water or in the boat to preserve our aquatic environment and ensure a clean and pleasant experience for everyone.

You must be 18 years old to buy a ticket for GoBoat Harbor Tours and can of course buy tickets for your children.

No, you start and end in the same place.

Yes, small dogs are allowed on board. However, dogs are brought at your own risk and we do not have life jackets for dogs.

No. Instead, we recommend you book a GoBoat Cruise where you book the entire boat.
