If you’ve had a morning sail I’d recommend Wulff & Konstali for brunch og an early lunch. Otherwise I’d recommend strolling around the city exploring small cafes

Staying on Islands Brygge you can enjoy an ice cream by the harbour or grab a bite to eat at Bryggens kulturhus. Crossing the bridge there is Tivoli Gardens which is great for spending the afternoon or a whole day.

If the season allows it, I would highly recommend a visit to the Cisterns. Each year, a new artist is hosted in the old underground water reservoir, and an exhibition is created often utilizing the darkness and the echos found here.

Louisiana art museum or stroll around Christianshavn and Christiania, see Vor Fru Kirke and walk to the top. Walk from there to Nyhavn. - See the marble church and Amalienborg - Take a walk in the botanic garden - Go to museums: glyptotek, statens museum for Kunst, designer museum.
