With its clean, floral notes, rounded off with a twist of white pepper, the wine is at once classic yet super modern in its expression. Strikingly, Syrah makes up a large proportion of the wine, adding a unique body and potency to the wine, while the beautiful white grape Rolle, which is identical to the Italian Vermentino grape, adds a vibrant, crisp and fresh acidity to the wine. The rest of the blend is made up of Grenache and Cinsault, a classic Provençal rosé. Once the grapes are harvested, they are immediately pressed and fermented, and then placed in steel barrels along with their own lees for several months.
