On Sunday, December 13, we invite you onto Copenhagen Harbor for festive lights, Christmas treats and views of the traditional Lucia kayak parade. Your captain takes the helm, and the boat is covered if the weather calls for it.
Warm mulled wine and homemade Danish æbleskiver are collected at Winter Island along the way. One beer or soft drink of your choice, Christmas cookies and candy are also included. The boat heads toward Nyhavn, where you can watch the decorated kayaks from the water as the harbor fills with Christmas spirit.
The Lucia parade is an annual tradition that brings lights and Christmas songs to Copenhagen’s canals. This seasonal version of Harbor Tours focuses on the festive atmosphere and views of the procession. There are just 36 tickets across four boats, and the trip lasts approximately 2½ hours, returning at 18:30.
