The GoBoat experience should be as easy and pleasant as possible for you. That's why you can manage most things via our online self-service.
- All bookings can be made online
- Manage/change your booking via the link in your booking confirmation email
- Cancellation:
- More than 72 hours before departure you can get a refund
- More than 24 hours before departure you can change the time or get a voucher
- Under 24 hours before departure the booking cannot be changed or refunded

Phone hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fridays from 10-12. Wednesdays from 15-17. Closed on weekends and holidays. If you have a booking, please call us via the number in your booking which is answered every day.

Group bookings
Want to sail with GoBoat for your next event? Contact us for group bookings with more than 24 people. For less than 24 people, we recommend that you book directly in our booking system.
