As the boat cruises through Copenhagen Harbor, he shares the story behind the vermouth and guides you through four servings, with time to taste, chat and enjoy the passing waterfront.
Start with Rosso on ice, the sweet, full-bodied variety served simply over ice. Next comes Bianco on ice, a lighter, drier style that offers a chance to compare the two. For your third serving, choose between a Vermuda Spritz and an Americano. The tasting finishes with a Negroni variation featuring Joachim’s own twist.
There is no fixed route for the tasting. It takes place aboard your regular GoBoat Cruise, with your captain at the helm while Joachim presents the drinks. Once the tasting is over, Joachim steps ashore and you continue the rest of your cruise with the captain.
This experience is an add-on to an existing GoBoat Cruise booking and cannot be booked as a standalone trip. You must book a captained Cruise lasting at least 2 hours, with a group of at least 6 guests. The maximum group size is 8. The tasting is only available to guests over 18.
